Push Phase

Last week I started the Push Phase of ChaLean Extreme. This phase is lifting even heavier weights, but for 6-8 reps. The workouts are still under 40 minutes, hallelujah! I'm really starting to see some definition. It's so amazing seeing your hard work pay off and it just drives me to want to do more!

Here's a recent picture, I'm pretty happy with it. And I'm down about 2 inches in my waist so far. Happy dance!
